Dear Georgie Okell,
I hope you don’t mind my writing to you but I had to let you know that although I’m over 30 and therefore not really your target audience, I tune into T4 religiously every weekend to find out what outfit you’ll be wearing next. That sounds a little on the stalkerish side, but it’s not, it’s just that you have the most eclectic style I’ve ever seen and I really find it refreshing that young people today have the confidence to wear oversized gold sequinned culottes and leopard print headscarves. Good for you!
I’d actually be grateful for your advice on an outfit I’m thinking of wearing to a school reunion next month. Obviously it’s vital I look fantastic as I’ll be catching up with people I haven’t seen in years and I want them to be suitably impressed. I’m thinking of wearing this old rag rug I picket up at a car boot, over a bin bag and some silver lamé winklepickers, topped off with a natty pair of wayfarers. What do you reckon?
It would be brilliant if you could send me a signed photo of you in something hipster so I can try and emulate your style some more!
Yours sincerely,
Lucy Knight
